You must have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open and read PDF documents. The Acrobat Reader plug-in (software) is available for free download from the Adobe web site.
PDF (portable document format) is a universal file format. Once you have installed the Acrobat Reader software, all PDF documents will automatically open via your browser window.
